Had colonoscopy 5 years ago dx with internal hemorrhoids. another scheduled feb 25. was constipted. now have rectal pain,lump at anus, and today noticed blood streak on outside of stool. could this be colon cancer or more likely hemorrhoids?

More likely hemorrhoids. Have your colonoscopy as scheduled, avoid constipation use a stool softner and an as needed laxative and let your GI MD know of your symptoms when you see her/him. Good luck
