Any blood form Rectum is NOT OK. Thera are several benign conditions whic can cuase rectal bleeding . Cloths and more havy bleeding can be " INTERNAL Hemorrhoids" which comes from arterial blood in rectu, No pain but more heavy bleeding. External " bumpy " hemoorhoids bleeds littel but hurts more. If any doubt - shoud be seen by MD and possible gastroenterologist. Dont procrastinante!
