Have bouts of pebble poops on & off for 6mo between regular stool. No blood except 1x when wiping few months back (super small amount, bright red. had hemorrhoids). Is that what drs mean when they say changes in bowel movements could be colon cancer?
A couple months ago I passed hard stool & I felt something get irritated at opening of rectum.It felt a bit itchy too and when I wiped only had tiniest amount of red blood. I have had occasional hemorrhoids after children. Should I worry about cancer?
