Colon cancer: At your age colon cancer is highly unlikely. Hemorrhoids can cause your problem, and occur often with constipation. Adjust your diet with more fruits, vegetables, carrots, lots of fluids. To check on hemorrhoids you will need to see your doctor for a check up.
