A couple months ago i passed hard stool & i felt something get irritated at opening of rectum.it felt a bit itchy too and when i wiped only had tiniest amount of red blood. i have had occasional hemorrhoids after children. should i worry about cancer?

Although the chances of this bleeding being due to cancer are very small, the only way to know for sure that it is due to hemorrhoids is to have an exam performed. You should see your primary doctor, or a GI doctor. Good luck.
