Blood on top of stool and in water after bm. was not mixed in stool looked like fresh blood but no pain i think i have hemorrhoids from an image i took but not sure and worried im in my 30s should i worry about cancer?

Bright red or slightly dull blood will originate from some site near the outlet. Purplish or even darker stools come from higher up where enzymes have had time to act on it. (and where a cancer would likely be) Given your age, it is likely from a scratch inside the anus. Bulky, lumpy, stools or rapid expulsion can cause this without straining.
