Totally safe: There is no known toxic dose of Vit B12 so you could take the whole bottle at once without problem (though not recommended). There is a limit as to how much B12 we can absorb so you will only absorb a small fraction of what you take. For many people methylcobalamin is a better choice than cyanocobalamin.
