Male 56 .. my b12 (clia) serum test came out high 1169 pg/ml .. (normal range: 187-833) i do take multi vitamins & am a vegetarian. i do eat eggs & fish though is this too high. should i be concern? if yes, what should i do ? thanks?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,while elevated B12 levels per se are not a cause for concern, such a result is seen in some patients with chronic inflammation. Why was the test done? What symptoms?
