Hydrate and...: It would help to know more details, like how long it's been going on,but the most likely it's food poisoning or a viral infection, like stomach flu.In either case I'd expect you to feel better in a day or 2.The greatest concern is dehydration.Don't try to eat but drink fluids; ginger or peppermint tea may help. Chicken or vegetable broth will help replace electrolytes. If not better soon see a Dr.

Low doses likely OK: CBD is generally safe with no known serious drug interactions but high doses may inhibit CYP2D6,the enzyme that metabolizes Lexapro;the effect might be similar to increasing Lexapro a bit, maybe to 20 mg,but that's a safe dose;the degree will be related to how much CBD.You can try a moderate dose like 10 mg2x/day.See tinyurl.com/4noxqkl8 Also consider B vitamins, magnesium, tulsi tea, meditation.

Very treatable: This is not necessarily too bad and is almost certainly treatable but is not normal and deserves evaluation. There are several possible causes. I advise being tested for thyroid issues, improving diet (minimize sugars and avoid GMO foods) and take a good multivitamin. Herbs like Rhodiola may help. See an integrative doctor and consider acupuncture. See https://tinyurl.com/y7a9rjor for more info.
