Nutritional Yeast: B12 is not absorbed from his gut at his age.b12 level is nothing to worry about since no one gets OVERDOSED from b12 injections.I WOULD continue the shots.If someone is young,BUY BRAGG;S NUTRITIONAL YEAST IF THEY ARE VEGAN ONLY.vegetarians get enough B12 from eggs if he eats eggs.
