My left tonsil has always been much larger than my right tonsil. no pain, no problems, just curious if this is normal? my pcp has never said anything.

Yes: asymmetry in size of tonsils is completely normal and likely insignificant if your PCP has never mentioned it...but if it CONCERNS YOU...ask him/her at your next examination!! Hope this helps! Dr Z
