One tonsill swollen with no pain. no sore throat.. pcp said it looked normal but i can see where its bigger.. what can cause just one side to be bigger? its been like that for about a month.

Likely normal: If your PCP checked and said it looked normal, it probably is. Depending on the size difference, it may not mean anything significant. However, if one side is much larger than the other, or is enlarging further, I would have it rechecked. You could also see a specialist (ENT) to be sure.
