Saw pcp today about pus on tonsil she is not worried, and said i have sinusitis too. this worried me though. could the pus have traveled to my sinus?no fever and limited pain. no typical abscess sympt

Pus: The pus on your tonsils could indicate an exsudate on your tonsils which could be caused by a virus. The "pus" is not from your sinuses. You don't have an abscess. A throat culture would be helpful.

Sinusitis: Bacterial infections in the upper respiratory tract can involve multiple different areas, and the sinuses are not excluded. Fever is actually uncommon with sinusitis, but this is usually diagnosed clinically and would trust your doctor. She is obviously aware of the issues and treating you based on her findings.
