Must increase both.: Many people think they eat healthy and exercise and wonder the same thing. First off, you need to eat at least 4-5 times / day with a good amount of protein at each meal/snack. You need good carbs and fats also. Cut out the starches and bad fats. Breakfast is a must. Limit eating after 7:00 pm. Exercise should be done at least 6 days/ week with a variation of weight training and cardio. 30-120min

Check Thyroid: I would definitely have your thyroid evaluated if weight loss proves difficult. Post partum is a common time for thyroid problems to crop up. If it's normal, then you just have to go back to basics, 10k steps a day ( four miles) water, fruits and veggies. Long walks with the baby stroller are helpful. Think about a jogging stroller. Best of luck and enjoy your babies! They will grow up fast
