DIET and exercise!: The rule is diet and exercise. But you may have an undiagnosed health issue. Or it may be what you believe to be "not eating often" and your level of exercise may not be a realistic observation. Get a medical checkup and if everything is ok, seek a nutritionist who can help you find a balanced healthy diet .. Then watch the pounds shed away.

Keep track: You can only lose weight by taking in less calories than your body uses up! or use up more calories than you take in. Do not starve yourself. Your body senses that and slows your metabolism down. I use an app called "myfitnesspal " which is very helpful. Good luck!

Diet and exercise: At work your activity is stop and go and not 30 minutes of continuous cardio activity. And if you munch at work that puts on the calories.Keep a diary of everything you put in your mouth for a week. See doctor to make sure there is not another problem going on.
