2500, what do u want: 2500 calories is a minimum, do you want to gain or maintain. Depending on your workouts and if you want to gain muscle. This also depends on what kind of workouts you are doing and for the amount of time. I need more details but this number should include the proper nutrition. Protein, fats and carbohydrates are a must. Depending on what you are looking for will determine your ratio.
