That's probably..: ..a little too rapid weight loss. In order to lose 1 kg per week doing light activity (exercise 1-3 times per week) you would need to consume only 1,054 calories per day. This is difficult to do, and you run the risk of taking in so few calories that it might lower your metabolic rate. I would suggest you target losing 0.5 kg/week, eating 1,554 cal/day, and bump up your exercise. Good wishes:)
