Slow and Steady: Weight loss can be a challenge but on the positive side with you are close to a targeted normal weight.Your bmi is close to nl; 10 kg weight loss may be a push;i would advise a balanced diet that doesn't eliminate major food groups unless you are vegan/vegetarian. 1000 calories per day is dangerous and not recommended. Also any wt you lose with radical calorie reduction you are likely to regain.
