Im 34 yrs female,i workout for 2 hours, 5 days per week with heavy weights &cardio.my weight is 90,muscle mass 34 kg,fat weight 30 kg.i rarely reach the 2000 calorie intake,i want to reach 15% body fat, what to do,no carb diet made me irritated?

The pictures of weight lifters, olympic athletes, pro-sports, which show "six packs" and distinct delineation of muscle groups, result from serious protein intake, virually no fat, and diminished carbs, with usually seven days a week on some sort of sustained treadmill work to burn fat (low stress, heart rate kept at less than 90 to encourage fat burning instead of muscle building).
