The pictures of weight lifters, olympic athletes, pro-sports, which show "six packs" and distinct delineation of muscle groups, result from serious protein intake, virually no fat, and diminished carbs, with usually seven days a week on some sort of sustained treadmill work to burn fat (low stress, heart rate kept at less than 90 to encourage fat burning instead of muscle building).
