Energyout >Caloriein: It really depends on your level of physical activity and your basal metabolic rate. Basically you have to burn more than you put into your body. Losing 1 Kg per week is a bit more than I would generally recommend. Usually I instruct my patients to have a healthy goal of about 1 pound per week (about 450 grams).
