That's unrealistic.: sounds like you're trying to fit into a certain size dress for a wedding. We don't recommend losing more than 2 pounds per week for long-term success. Give up sugar and wheat flour for starters. Cut out the soda and don't skip meals. Each small high-protein high-fiber feedings 4 to 6 times daily and drink plenty of water. Exercise 150 minutes per week and you should lose weight. No sugar/flour!!
