1 kg: Your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calculates to about 1300 cal/day. If you did no exercise and ate 2500 cal/day you would gain 1200 cal/day, times 7 is 8400 cal. This is equivalent to just over 1 kg of weight or 2.4 lbs. Since you are significantly underweight currently, you need to eat more (and exercise) until your bmi is above 18.
