If you aren't yet: Incorporating strength training with free weights or other means, that will help you increase your lean body mass, and therefore burn more calories both during exercise and at rest. Have a trainer help you or use the internet to help create a workout plan. You should also incorporate interval training where you change up your routine every few weeks. Try 5 small meals a day instead of 3bigger ones

Consult: See your doctor for a full check up. They will check hormones, document, weight, height and see if anything else could contribute or prevent you from losing weight. Seeing a nutritionist to check your diet and nutritional requirements is helpful. Then once you're cleared I don't see how you couldn't lose weight at the gym or regular home exercise. Feel excited!
