Only Part of Diet: Carbs are only a part of a balanced diet. You need some fat and protein. You need about 24 calories per kilogram oweight you are maintaining. Those calories need to be divided up between complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and protein (40-60%/20-30%/20-30%).
