Numbers..: "Low carb" is valued at different grams of carbs to different people. Just how many carbs are you taking in daily? 25 gms, 50 gms. Also, what is your caloric as well as fat and protein intake.

Dont: be. Your are losing weight at a sustainable and healthy pace close to recommended 1 LB a week. Using numbers as your only guide is not good as fluctuations are common and multifactorial. Use energy level, eating habit and emotional stability as your best guide ti minimize frustration. Also ensure adequate sleep and stress reduction
