Calories?: What is a limited diet? It doesn't tell me how many calories. You also don't mention how long and how intense your exercise is- and what exercise you are doing. In order to lose weight- you might start by first determining how many calories you need. Portion control is one of the best ways to lose weight- you can substitute healthy low calorie vegetables for high calorie alternatives.
