Healthy natural food: One can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins include egg white, chicken breast, salmon, etc. Better fats include olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, etc. Eating commonly found naturally nutritious foods should be all that is needed. Store-bought supplements or protein powders are not needed.
