Need more info: What's your height? What's your build. What do you eat now? What's your activity level? Did you lose weight? Were you sick? Do you want to do some weightlifting and strengthening exercise to build muscle? With an exercise program you can feed your muscles protein from lean meat, chicken, fish, egg whites, nuts, beans.
