Zero risk. Atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) means exactly what it says: undetermined (unknown) significance. It's not pre-cancerous. Cervical cancer without HPV is very rare. You could have inactive and undetected HPV of your cervix; most women do. But if HPV is not detected, it does not lead to cancer. All this is unrelated to ASCUS.
