Confusing: Your question is a bit confusing but I think you are saying your current pap smear is ASCUS HPV + with E6/E7 HPV RNA. If that is the case then the next step is a colposcopy - a microscope exam of the cervix. Cancer is very unlikely with this level of pap abnormality but some cervical abnormalities could be detected by the exam. Early detection is key
