Is the hydrocele a cause for a pain in my right testicle? in my testicle ultrasound the results were a varicocele in my left and a moderate hydrocele on my right, my testicle are still normal and homogeneous. please if so, can you tell me what to do?

Generally a hudrocele does not cause pain. If the testicle itself was normal on that side then try wearing a good scrotal support
