What is the treatment if i have an hydrocele in my right testicle and a varicocele in my left one? i have an horrible pain in my right testicle. can i take some tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain?. thanks and i hope your answer as soon as possibe?

You can take tylenol or ibuprofen in moderation. But if the hydrocele is large surgical treatment will be needed. I hope by this time you would have consulted the surgeon already.

You should be seen by a Urologist. In the mean time wear a good support underwear and use local heat over the area over your underwear. Hope you do well
