I recently found out i have hpv. i developed a soar in my mouth. how can i tell if it is from hpv or a canker sore. its along my gum. my invisaligner is right above the spot. maybe its rubbing it? i also ate a lot raw tomatoes the last week or so?

HPV virus is found in back of mouth, base of tongue and tonsils. A canker sore is what you have from irritation of Invisalign and acid from raw tomatoes. The sore will go away with an adjustment of the appliance and less acid from no more tomatoes. Go to pharmacy for OTC medication.
