Dr told me i had a viral infection last wk cuz i had canker sores&sore red spots on the top of my mouth.it went away,but it's back again.what do i do?

Tip of the mouth?: Or tip of the upper lip? If so, it may be from a cold sore instead of a canker sore if the skin is also involved. For cold sores, you can ask your doctor to Rx you an antiviral drug to hasten the recovery.

Get rechecked: It is possible that you had a viral infection. If that is the case then it should not come back so soon. You may want to have your doctor or dentist take a look to see what the problem may be, it might be something else.
