Oral lesion: you can apply oragel or ambesol for pain especially before eating, use mouth wash & avoid spicy food and drinks. It should heal spontaneously. If you get more lesions or have other symptoms see you doctor. Feel better.

See a dentist: what you describe can be one of many things If it's on your gum itself it can be an infection or abscess If it is under your tongue it might even be a stopped up salivary gland You need a dentist to evaluate it
