pimple like spot on gum under tongue kinda burns like a canker sore, no teeth hurt just a small white spot no swelling just burns?

Oral lesion: you can apply oragel or ambesol for pain especially before eating, use mouth wash & avoid spicy food and drinks. It should heal spontaneously. If you get more lesions or have other symptoms see you doctor. Feel better.
