Is my testicle dead? i went to the er for a varicocele in my left testicle and pain in the right. ultrasound was done and found no problems with the right one but i got antibiotics just in case. the pain is now gone from r and it is smaller than l?

You have left-sided varicocele so the left testicle is bigger than the right, not because there was something wrong with the right testicle.

You are probably also feeling the varicocele on the left. Have your Urologist/ MD teach you how to self examine the testicles. Wear a good scrotal support
