My right testicle seems to have less feeling than the left and it feels sort of itchy? i've gotten an ultrasound and they found nothing but a varicocele in the left one and a cyst in the right. is this something i should worry about or go to the er?

What you described does not warrant going to the ER. You may watch and wait. If your symptoms worsen, a lump develops, you lose weight or get fever, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

No. As long as you have feeling dont worry about 'less'. itching occurs in the skin not in the testicle. The varicocele is an incidental finding as is the cyst and just need followup with a Urologist and nothing needs to be done unless symptomatic. No need to worry or go to ER. Wear a good support underwear.
