I have enlarged veins on the back of my testicles but had an ultrasound and was told it isnt varicoceles but i do have a epidyminal cyst? is this normal ? ive had them for a month or two and the ache from time to time?

Why do you ask if something is normal when you already know it was not like that with you before is my concern about your question. You may try scrotal support to see if that may relieve the ache, and you should try and remove your focus by being more constructive with your time if possible.

Varicocele occurs inside the scrotum and not in the back. From your description they might be dilated scrotal veins. Epidydimal cyst is a common incidental finding and if no pain needs no treatment. Wear a good scrotal support underwear and if symptoms persist pl see a Urologist
