African american 44 yr old last year psa 0.7 free psa 0.2 free % 29 recent psa 0.9 free psa 0.1 free % 11 some frequent urination recently. but i had sex prior to recent test. also been constipated. can i trust new results?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your PSA results are not a cause for concern. Constipation: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless.
