42 yr old husband has slight pink spot on toilet after urinating few times in last three months. had mri of abdomen/pelvis which was okay( simple cysts on right kkdney). cystoscopy normal. urine cytology normal. psa good. what could be causing this?

If all those tests were normal then there is nothing to worry about. It could be from a little inflammation in the lower urinary tract or the passage of a tiny stone- hard to tell in retospect. Tell him a fair amount of water everyday will do him good.
