A member asked:

What happens to your body when you start to eat healthy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You get healthy: You first regulate your bowel habits. Then, you sleep better and do not feel nauseated or complain of heartburn. Your mental function has more clarity, and if weight loss is your goal, you lose weight. In the long term, you prevent arterial plaque, reducing the incidence of heart attacks and strokes. And if one day, certain specific foods can be incriminated in cancer, you may prevent cancer.
