Healthy diet: Protein supplements won't give you the health benefits you might be expecting (while there's probably little harm to them). Focus on avoiding sugars and white carbs (white bread, rice, etc). Get lots of fiber - the stringy stuff from fruits and vegetables. Healthy lean protein like turkey, chicken. Avoid anything that can sit on a shelf for weeks without spoiling.
