The macronutrients: are protein, good fats, and carbs. We need them all. Avoid junk food, especially anything w/high fructose core syrup in it, like soda. See your doc to make sure the food plan you are thinking of is good for you. Coenzyme Q 10 is a good supplement for overall cardiovascular health. Peace and good health.
