Salomon: contains good fat, Omega 3, so it's good to eat. Avoid transfats, those made by humans, basically chemicals that preserve junk food. Omega 6 fats are found in vegetable oils such as corn oil, canola oil, etc. We ave too much in our body already. Look for Omega 3 such as in fish oil. Peace and good health.
