Healthy food plan: Recommend whole foods including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products, lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts with limits on saturated and trans fats, sodium, and added sugars. Build muscle with eggs, salmon, chicken and turkey breast, Greek yogurt, tuna, lean beef, shrimp, beans, and protein powders. Good sleep and exercise. Best regards for health :)
