Weight loss: Exercise as part of a weight loss plan is important, second to excellent nutrtion .Exercise can be divided between cardiovascular and strength training.Start by forming a basic pattern of exercising, doing anything for 5 days a week.Once you are doing this consistently, then narrow things down.I would suggest 3 times a week aerobic exercise for 20-30 mins and strength training twice a week.
