Aquarobics.: Aquarobics,,or water aerobics, are great for burning calories. The water imparts extra resistance on the muscles, and being in water doesn't make it feel like you're working too hard when in actuality you're getting a great cardiovascular workout. Great choice. It'll help you lose weight.
