Maybe: Especially if you are eating all the wrong greasy fatty foods (hot dogs, ice cream...). Do you have gallstones? Avoid fatty foods. Review your symptoms & test results with your primary care physician to see if you should have a referral to a general surgeon.

Usually, yes.: The gallbladder ejection fraction should be more than 40%, meaning that after a meal, more than 40% of the content of the gallbladder (bile) is evacuated. In your case, it is only 7%, meaning that there is a dyskinesia and this can be translated as abdominal pain or discomfort. You should see your doctor to discuss about removal of your gallbladder to help you. Good luck.

Dyskinesia: You describe classic gallbladder disease symptoms. Gallstones are the most common cause but a gallbladder that doesn't empty properly when stimulated can cause identical symptoms. Low ejection fraction is diagnostic of dyskinesia. The only additional information that would have clinched the diagnosis is if cck injection at the time of the study reproduced symptoms. Cholecystectomy should help.
