Reflux ?: This could be gallbladder disease but unless you have gallstones it is unlikely. Esophageal reflux could cause similar symptoms.

It could.: Gallbladder symptoms often include pain radiating to the right shoulder or even the armpit. It's common for symptoms to occur after eating. Nausea and vomiting are also common. Given that you know your hida test was abnormal, your symptoms could clearly be related to the gallbladder. That said, there are other causes of shoulder/neck pressure - including heart disease! do get evaluated. Lgromkomd.

Maybe: When you had your hida scan, if the injection of the cck (the second injection that you probably got about halfway through the test) recreated the pain into the neck then gallbladder is probably the cause. If it didn't then get checked for reflux and heart problems.
