Unlikely: Nausea can be an atypical reflux symptom. Ruq pain is not a reflux symptom and other causes should be pursued.

Unusual: There are several ways to tell if its esophagitis. First , look at esophagus with endoscopy ? Second, could try anti-acid oral medication and see if symptoms improve.

Possibly : If biopsy results demonstrate esophagitis from endoscopy, then esophagitis should be treated and see if relief from symptoms occur. Certainly pain and nausea can be symptoms. There are a small group of patients with hyperkinetic gall bladder and high gb ejection fraction who benefited from surgery. 95% is high ejection fraction. However not all people believe this, and further studies needed.
